Founded in 2010 by Alexis Negranti, Negranti Creamery was born from a love of sustainable agriculture and a passion for crafting wholesome, high-quality food. What started as a way to create ice cream she felt good about serving her family quickly became a beloved Central Coast brand known for its creativity and commitment to farm-to-spoon goodness.
Fell In Love, Bought The Farm, Went All In
Today, Negranti Creamery is more than a scoop shop, it’s a true farm-to-spoon experience. After falling in love with the flavor, the story, and the incredible potential of sheep milk, our family went all in.
We bought the business from Alexis, our new production facility, and our own flock (over 500 East Friesian/Lacaune sheep) and we’re proud to say we now own every step of the process. The dairy is located in the beautiful hills of northeastern Oregon, where our animals are well cared for and the milk is fresh, rich, and ready to become something magical.
We handcraft every batch of ice cream in-house and serve it with pride across our growing family of scoop shops. We are the only creamery in America dedicated to sheep milk products and yes, you really can taste the secret ingredient: love.

We’re not just making ice cream, we’re changing the dairy game. Powered by sheep milk (creamy, nutrient-rich, and easier to digest), we’re creating a category all our own. And we’re not stopping there.
